Acceptance and scope
By using the website, interacting with bots, or participating in communities, you agree to follow these terms, each server's specific rules, and Discord's terms. If you disagree, stop using the relevant feature or community.
Use is allowed only for people who meet the minimum age required by Discord and the laws where they live. Where applicable, minors must have the knowledge of their legal guardians.
Community conduct
- Respect other members, staff, players, creators, and partners.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, spam, or disclosure of personal data.
- Do not publish illegal or malicious content, sexual content involving minors, or material that violates third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to evade sanctions, security controls, permissions, or bot limitations.
- Follow channel, tournament, registration, team, and promotion-specific rules.
Bots, automations, and data
Bots may perform moderation, tickets, roles, audits, security, events, and community features. Data access must be limited to what those functions require and follow the Privacy Policy.
In voice channels, bots record operational metadata only. AZIMOV does not record, store, or transcribe call audio.
Server participation does not authorize unlimited collection or replace specific consent when legally required. Exploiting bots to extract data, obtain tokens, access records without permission, or compromise infrastructure is prohibited.
Content and intellectual property
You remain responsible for the content you publish and represent that you have the necessary rights to share it. By posting in community spaces, you grant only the technical permissions required for display, moderation, and service operation.
AZIMOV, its visual assets, and original projects are protected. Discord, Marvel, NetEase, Blizzard, and other third-party marks and materials belong to their respective owners; their presence does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Moderation and sanctions
The team may remove content, restrict access, warn, time out, kick, or ban accounts when rules are violated, the community is at risk, or the law requires it. Measures may consider context, severity, repetition, and available evidence.
You may request a review through the channel listed in the server. A request will be considered but does not guarantee reversal. Security, privacy, or illegality reports may be sent to contato@azimovesports.com.
Availability and third parties
The website and bots may undergo maintenance, changes, or interruptions. We work to correct failures but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party links, integrations, and benefits are governed by those companies' own conditions.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and termination
Features, bots, or communities may be changed or discontinued. When a bot stops operating, data obtained through the Discord API must be deleted unless law requires retention. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the website or through official channels.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent forum under applicable protection rules, including consumer rights where applicable.
